About Event Program Generator

A small, independent tool for replacing printed event programs with one QR code.

Who’s behind it

Event Program Generator is built and run by Joel Peterson. It’s not a big company — when you have a question or something looks wrong, the person who made it is the one reading about it.

How your program’s names and photos are handled

Rosters and photos often describe students, so this is the part we’re most careful about.

A new program is a private draft. Nothing is visible at its public address until you click Publish, and you can take it offline again at any time.
The people who view a program never need an account, and we don’t ask them for anything.
Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers.
Anyone who runs a program can permanently delete it, along with everything uploaded to it.

The full details are in the privacy policy.

Try it on your own program

It’s free to start, with no credit card.
